OUR CLASSES

Yoga Flow: offers an energetic mind, body & soul experience. A foundational yoga practice is not a requirement to attend this class, however a understanding of postures and breath will make “Yoga Flow” the best class choice for you. This class is OPEN to all levels but will offer challenge to each individual on their mat with a wide range of variations.

Yoga Revive: a perfect place to find softness in the flow. This class is a restorative style class that will leave you feeling restored, rejuvenated & reenergised. This is a perfect class for a beginners, pregnancy & postpartum as it offers space and freedom between movements. This class is OPEN to all levels - great for beginner.

Yoga Tech: Classes concentrate on developing foundational postures – using alignment, Sanskrit and technical advice for your individual body. At Ara we are aware that no two bodies are the same, therefore no two postures identical. Yoga tech is a workshop based class focusing on ARAs posture of the week. A not to be missed class for all levels of yoga. This is a very workshop based class. Great class if you want to break things down. This class is OPEN to all levels - great for beginner.

Yoga Basics: is the perfect place to begin your yoga journey. It is also the right place for you to recover from injury, surgery, pregnancy and any other temporary changes in your life be it mind or body. This is a slow paced class teaching the fundamental skills for yoga. Bring your curiosity – don’t worry if you don’t own a matt and have never practiced yoga before. Start here and let us show you the way. This is our beginners class but like every class is OPEN to all levels.

Yoga Yin: is slow paced yoga with postures that are held for 1-3 minutes. Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissue between muscles and the fascia throughout the body. This class is designed to increase circulation, flexibility and regulate the bodies natural flow of energy. This class is for everyone. Yin is mostly seated postures.
